Northern Virginia
Installs in Fairfax County, VA
Fairfax County is the second biggest run of searches on our list and the widest spread of houses in Northern Virginia. Vienna, McLean and Reston have the 60s and 70s houses with a hardwired disposal and a fan on a plain box. Springfield, Burke and Annandale are 70s and 80s colonials on their third dishwasher. Centreville, Chantilly and Herndon townhouses need the closet system that holds.
Or call or text (240) 802-7282. Hours 8 to 6, Monday through Saturday.
Reston kitchens and Springfield colonials
The crew crosses on 66 or the Beltway and books Fairfax most days of the week. Reston and Herndon pair with Loudoun, Springfield and Burke pair with Arlington, so most Fairfax installs get a day within the week.
Reston and Vienna houses from the 60s and 70s often have a kitchen receptacle in the cabinet over the range that was added for a microwave decades ago on the same circuit as the counter outlets. The electrician checks it before a new microwave or hood goes in, because a shared circuit that trips every time the toaster runs is a wiring fix, not an appliance problem.

Fairfax County install questions
- Is the crew licensed in Virginia?
- A contractor licensed in Virginia does the work, and the electrician and plumber on the bench carry Virginia trade licenses. The numbers are on the estimate.
- Does a ceiling fan swap need a Fairfax County permit?
- Swapping a fan on an existing fan rated box usually does not. A new circuit or switch leg does, and the electrician pulls it with the county.
- Can you install a closet system in a Centreville townhouse?
- Yes. The builder wire shelf comes down, the holes get patched and the new rail goes into the studs so a full rod holds.
